The score of hearing in the TOEFL forms part of a test, that measures academic English skills. It helps universities and employers know, whether people are ready for real communication. The test checks the understanding of spoken English in normal learning places today.

If you use practice sets and the authors do not give conversion chart, you can create a good guess by means of simple math. The rule is (raw / 33) × 30 = scaled. In this case, you round the fractions.
